Massif de l’Estérel

Massif de l'esterel
Our destinations

The Massif de l’Esterel forms the natural border between the Alpes Maritimes and the Var, with its reddish rocks flowing into the Mediterranean, between Mandelieu and Saint Raphael. In the middle of the Massif de l’Esterel lies the village of Théoule-sur-Mer.

From the sea you can see Théoule castle. You can go into the harbour to watch the fun water jousting competitions and stop for a drink or lunch on the Marco Polo beach. Further on towards Fréjus – Saint Raphaël, you will pass in front of the Grotte de Gardanne, which is a cave in the shape of an arch called the Pointe de l’Aiguille and there you can swim to one of the four beaches nestled in the coves or dive down to the seabed which is rich in vegetation and fish.

Enjoy your day

We would also like to take you to Cap Roux, in the centre of the Massif de l’Esterel, to discover the astonishing landscapes and seabed. We provide all the kit you and your guests need – masks, snorkels and fins.

During your day charter to Cannes and its surroundings, or your trip to Saint-Tropez, take the opportunity to stop in the heart of the Massif de l’Esterel. On board your VanDutch you will see natural spots that are only accessible from the sea. Contact us today to book your day out.
